Food for a better world!
Through Kitchen & Table we want to highlight greens and crops of the utmost quality and improve them through traditional cooking techniques. We are inspired by the melting pot of Manhattan, and the cities Urban Gardens.
Kitchen & Table presents a menu of Modern Rustic Classics, with a twist as well as locally produced Green Plates, with high seasonal focus and traditional techniques. In the urban gardens, established on the roofs alongside the skyline of one of the world’s biggest cities, we saw our path to a new modern food philosophy.
We green nudge our menus, meaning that we will give our guests greener, more healthy options. We keep our main foundation and source, our DNA, where the local ingredient get’s a twist of Manhattan.
The urban gardens together with Nordic agriculture pervades what we serve on the plate as well as through the guest experience in the restaurant, in terms of ambiance, interior design and decor.
